Facilitation

As moderator, I help to structure every type of communication situation such as: everyday project team meetings, classical workshops, or large-group conferences.

Based on an individually developed moderation architecture, I use process-oriented guidance to help the participants achieve practical results. In the process I help to formulate the issues appropriately. This focuses attention on the main points. I summarize results and explicitize what has been overlooked, if necessary.

The goal: to work together in generating new input and finding answers for present and future issues.
