Any company stands and falls with the competency of its professionals and managers.
When targets are set and the path is laid out, the question remains: how best to move forward?
The focus
is not only on management roles, feedback, intercultural teamwork, but also - and
just as much - on company presentations and rhetorical abilities.
My training
methods aim at generating learning experience with a lasting effect.
This is transferred
to the daily work situation by means of joint planning sessions with the
client. The result: a tailor-made design that translates into experiential
learning, with role-playing followed by reflection on what has been
experienced.
Tandems are varied with small teams and the group as a whole, with
simultaneous emphasis on concrete illustrations.
My training
activities often turn out to be the key factor for persons directing
generalized change processes.
